I think she shines in her emotional pop ballads. My personal favorite is SAYONARA Baby. She's a joy to sing at karaoke, and feels much more solid than the majority of Japanese female pop singers out there.

Japanese pop and urban singer-songwriter, her voice is rich and husky. It really shines in her ballads and fast-paced dance songs. She has a really popular and unique gyaru fashion style. My favorite album is RING.

Singer song-writer. I definitely recommend her album Ring. She's got a rich voice (but it might take some time getting used to) and oh so cool fashion sense. Her songs have got nice lyrics too. Check out 20-CRY-
