I have a secret - what you do i go get some hoagy rolls and some boneless pork ribs. cook the ribs with some cajun rub in the oven in a glass dish for about 70 minutes - covered in tin foil - this makes em' extremely tender. Then head to McDonald's and ask for some chicken selects chipotle bbq sauce. ITS THE STUFF THEY USE ON THE MCRIB!!! then chop some onions and make it YOUR way - so much better

Yeah, yeah, McDonald's is evil and McRib and other McFoods are going to kill us and our environment. That IS true. That said, I LOVE MY MCRIB. It's dark, wicked goodness. But what is it made out of? The answer is surprisingly, not entirely unpalatable. Apparently they don't add cocaine to it either. Or at least they don't mention that in the article...
