The film was beautifully shot and the setting was stunning. The plot was so engaging. Hugo really captures the creativity of vintage filmmaking.

Did not read the book. The movie exceeded my expectations. Fine cast. Great acting. Good cinematography. And an american classic as the director, Martin Scorsese.I felt like I was watching a dream. I've seen most of the academy awards best film nominations and my vote goes to Hugo.

This was an amazing book. I was a little bit scared to see how the movie was, but it turned out quite incredible.

The movie adaptation of Brian Selznick's awesome book "The Invention of Hugo Cabret" comes out in November. I'm always wary of movie adaptations of good books, so I guess we'll see.
