Chaos: Making a New Science

One of the few books I've read which changed how I looked at the world for the rest of my life (so far anyway). Partly because Chaos theory helped me understand the world; partly because reading about the folks studying Chaos made me feel like I'm not alone in the universe. Highly readable and highly recommended!!

This is a delightful book about chaos theory. It's technical enough to cover what it's talking about, but most of the concepts I learned in high school, so besides having to remember, it wasn't totally over my head.

The stories of the scientists involved are almost as interesting as the theories they came up with!
