I'm sitting with an advance copy of this and it's blowing my mind. While the basic songwriting structure and lyrical tone is unmistakably Wilco, they've made a quantum leap with their instrumentation and have taken an exciting new direction the presentation of their music.
Very modern, sharp, bold, and daring.
Elements of Television, Radiohead...
