This documentary tells a jaw-dropping story of what happened to the $25 billion(!) private art collection of a Philadelphia millionaire. He left it to a private trust, stipulating it never be moved, sold nor loaned. The forces of jealousy, power, money and politics all aligned to move the entire collection from the original owner's private building into downtown Philadelphia. A tragedy.
