The United States of America is entering what will be it's hardest era ever. The super-rich and their short-sighted lust for more will lead my country, and my world, to the brink.

In the US we've somehow confused democracy with capitalism. We think that being rich is the ultimate achievement. Having money is nice, but sharing your good fortune to improve your society is your responsibility as a citizen.

Because he's right. Personally, I am well off and have no aversion to paying my taxes....though we pay way more corporate taxes than Google, on percentage of profits, as we can't afford the MBA's and flanks of lawyers to get us out of it.

As i read this article i once noticed that Warren Buffet is a great person and it shows that the rich are not evil or will remove all jobs if they need to pay more taxes...

Nice piece by Warren Buffet about the taxes on wealthy Americans. I sincerely hope the "super-congressmen" read this and think long and hard about the points made.
