This movie hits that sweet spot between comedy and drama. Duchovny and Moore's great chemistry is a nice touch on this film that strongly satirizes our consumerist culture.

I believe the marketing strategy behind this movie already exists and this movie shows how amazingly it works. I like the movie because it shows consumerism in our human nature.

The Joneses is half lighthearted-comedy, half social commentary on the perils of modern day consumerism. Fun watch.
