I have absolutely no idea what you would use this data for or why you would want to be able to compare different films at this level, but it is an amazing tool nonetheless! Great graphical representation of a variety of detail from color to motion to speech and much more.

Cinemetrics creates visual fingerprints of films through extracting information about the color, motion, and editing structure so that films can be easily compared side-by-side. It's interesting to see, for example, to see the visual fingerprint of an original film compared side-by-side to the remake. Bachelor student graduation project from KABK.
