This is way cool! Making something fun can't be that hard. How about waiting in lines? In PR most lines have visible Salsa Music TV shows on so people enjoy the wait. Also a great venue for stand up comics?

A great and fun iniciative to change people's behaviour for the better. Like obeying the speed limit and taking the stairs instead of the escalator.
