I haven't tried this particular aerator, but wine aerators in general really make red wine sing!

My friend's got one of these and I plan on getting one myself. I'm not sure how it works but it really does help open up a glass of wine (and instantly improve the flavor of wine that's a little on the cheap side).

Got this for Christmas. In theory and practice, this should provide max airing in minimum time. My palate is not delicate enough to discern a difference BUT, this is a super fun gadget that makes a cool sound when you pour through it. And if my taste buds weren't completely trashed by too many fast food french fries I probably would notice that my reds are fuller after a trip down the Vinturi!

Much more efficient than decanting (sadly, just opening the wine bottle and leaving it out doesn't actually work). My physicist dad is really excited to see the Venturi effect in action.
