My favorite Far Side book because of all the extras. Includes a selection of the cartoonist's own favorites, "childhood" drawings, some of the most controversial cartoons and their corresponding complaint letters, preliminary sketches shown with the final cartoons, humorous mistakes made in newspapers, and a picture of the tick species named after him. Checks all the boxes.
