Saw it this weekend with the kids. A little action, a little scary, likeable characters. The movie was panned by critics but I clearly have a different set of criteria for what makes a decent family movie. If you want an action movie to watch with kids age 6 and up with no skin, bad language, etc, this is a good choice. It came from a book series so I will probably check that out as well.
