HERO is a great organization that collects and redistributes donated medical materials to benefit those in need.
Individuals and agencies can donate or receive medical equipment/supplies (walkers, wheelchairs etc...) for low or no cost.
Anything we don't use locally are used for medical missions around the world.
Support HERO!
In 2010 HERO saved 48 tons of lifesaving items from landfills
