I read this, and loved it. I read it in English, but I've heard that if you can read it in Italian, it's even better.

One of my favorite books, and immensely re-readable. About 100 profound 1- or 2-page descriptions of imaginary cities, great for flipping open to a random page and having your mind blown.

Also features surreal dialogues between Marco Polo and Kublai Khan.
