MontyLingua is a free, commonsense-enriched, end-to-end natural language understander for English written by @hunch's own @hugo.
If you've used other language toolkits you'll appreciate MontyLingua's ease of use and ability to "just work" without training on a specific corpus.
Available in Python and Java.
