Pros: loads of characters, frantic fast paced fighting with combos and strategy galore
Cons: weak extras, online mode is jank, capcom is going to cash in with a "super" version like they did with street fighter.

A ton of fun to play with beautiful graphics. It's the fighting game that got me back into fighting games, mainly because they made it so easy for novices to have an enjoyable experience.
