Interesting doc about a generation of artists who shared similar DIY sensibilities, and some who made great contributions to street art. Love the inclusion of home movies and photos from the early 1990s around NYC, as well as the visits to other art scenes around the same time.
Netflix is a god-sent for those sleepless nights. I love picking a random documentary and I'm not disappointed often and Beautiful Losers was no exception. Really simple documentary but interesting none-the-less.
Stumbled onto this art documentary online one night and couldn't pull myself away. Great portraits of young artists making their way in the modern art world. Not stuck up nor difficult. Hearing from these creative types is inspirational. Kind of reassured me about the state of the art world.
