Learning my M-B type gave me peace of mind. For years I felt totally out of synch with many co-workers. As an INTP, I learned that I really am out of synch because most of them were SFJs. Personality characteristics indicate strengths with regard to interaction with workmates and partners. Teamwork greatly improves once people know their own and others' type.
