I don't drink espresso all that frequently so I don't want the expense, bulk or complication of an espresso machine. Instead, I have a Bialetti. It's quick and easy to make great espresso and it's small so easy to store away when not in use.

Simple, small, easy to use, easy to clean up. And quick, since the aluminum heats up rapidly. The pressure valve mechanism (not present on other Bialetti models) produces a better, more consistent cuppa.
