Delicious Italian food a very reasonable prices ($6-9 a meal). Fun and cozy atmosphere.

Arguably the best food (pasta and sandwiches) inside Grand Central's Dining Concourse. But then the food in GC is very low-quality and it is not difficult to stand out. Nonetheless, Pepe Rosso offers a dignified lunch experience, with its own seating area, a quick service, smiling hosts, and abundant portions of pasta in different varieties of sauces. Not excellent, but worth the money!
