I love Rick Bayless' Mexican food. I didn't know he was in some of these episodes as one of the contestants, but it looks like he is. Thanks for recommending!

yup his in pretty much all of them!
his pretty awesome, great series, season 3 seems a bit weak though.... the calibre of chefs ... seem a bit lack lustre compared to the first two seasons of Top chef masters
