a gordon ramsay restaurant - in the london hotel in midtown (54th between 6th and 7th). a good brunch spot and their Croque Madame is fantastic. unlike what I've heard in the past, found the service to be quite good. and after brunch, you can fetch a casual drink around the corner on the rooftop of the Dream Hotel (Ava Lounge).
