I highly recommend these pans. They work very well, and they're a good fit for smaller people like myself. Tthey're a lot lighter than
the All Clad (which I've also used), yet still more than heavy enough to do a great job. And the flatter handle angle is better if you're not 8 feet tall. (I also find the handle more comfortable than others.) Bonus - the flared edge works really well for pouring.

A thing of beauty. I've got a smaller size of this same pan. Always been happy with calphalon.
