I watched this movie while on the train and it was an amazing experience. While little is being said between our illusionist and the different people he comes across, the film succeeds in telling a unique, albeit a little sad, story. Excellent sketching of the characters. I highly recommend it!

Seen it on a sad sunday. got me in that lukewarm "i'm not alone" mood. definitely worth watching for me, even though I'm not a tati conaisseur

A slow, simple animated film from the creators of Triplets of Belleville. A very minimal plot and almost no dialogue give way to beautiful animation and nuanced characters.

Playing at Cinema Village on 12th St near Union Square.
