$10 all you can eat dumplings, vibrant friendly city, the exford hotel (a bit scuzzy but I love it), great food, awesome bars/pubs/music scene. My favourite city by far!

great food, fashion, the arts, and fabulous opportunities to rug up in winter.
Cons: even further situated in the arse end of the world than sydney. no big things to look at, like harbour bridges, bananas or rocks.
