This is a fantastic idea, no more weaving in between certain blindness and certain wetness and nevertheless managing to get wet and jabbed in the eye. Also grand that it won't catch on your hair and send you swirling around trying to release yourself whilst throwing water everywhere. I personally do not have much luck with umbrellas I must admit.

I actually got one of these and it's the best umbrella I've ever used. Not just for the rounded corners... it's very well engineered and handles nicely in the worst windstorms.

For anyone who's been lanced in the face by an umbrella or anyone who's paranoid of doing that to anyone else, this is a great alternative. I'm honestly surprised no one thought of this sooner.
