I ran track my whole life up until graduation from Auburn. Track is unique because it is simultaneously an individual and team sport. Most track events are individual events, but your performance decides how well the team does at the meet since all events are scored. The relays are the most exciting races to watch and participate in because you get to run with your teammates for a common goal.
