lots of fun, especicly if you have frustration you need to work out
Cons: Super expensive just to get started, although you can generally find used guns at good discounts. Renting is also an option at most courses.

fun to just be able to shoot people with non lethal projectiles, great stress relief, can buy biodegradable paintballs, so you dont actually have to clean up if you play in the woods
Cons: hurts to get hit, so wimps cant play, guns and paintballs can be expensive

Tons of fun and extremely exhilarating. Great socially and teamwork is a must to win. It's like you're actually in a video game (except you're not nearly as talented as an actual soldier).
Cons: Expensive equipment. Painful when you get hit and the paintballs will leave temporary welts. Hard to breathe when wearing the safety mask.

Great way to to do target pratice but without the blood and very easy to pick up(Everyone knows how to shoot)
Cons: Guns can be expensive sometimes and paintballs usually run out after each match(so store a lot if you're going to play a lot),Difficult to find place to play without having to clean up(ex.woods)

One of the most fun sports I have ever had the pleasure of playing. Can be played recreationally or on a professional level.
Cons: Expensive equipement and not enough interest in the sport to make it popular in a lot of locations. Best places to play are in larger cities.
