it is a great sport that anyone can try. there is no discrimination against girls in this sport or guys for that matter .

In Belgian high schools, soccer (voetbal) is the equivalent of football in the USA. No need to run a lot, let the ball and the other team members do the running.
Cons: I've always been a bit hesitant to use my head to move the ball.

Can follow it pretty much anywhere you go (Europe).
Common ground with people from all cultures. Only need a ball!
