Love it. Supa dupa fast. The tab system is both highly functional and aesthetically sensible. I've never tried Firefox, though, so take it with a grain of salt.

I used Mozilla Firefox for years, and before that Internet Explorer. Downloading Google Chrome was one of the best software choices I've ever made. Chrome beats all!

Google Chrome is better, and there are too many reasons to list here why.

First thing people think is "GOOGLE". Gathers data. Evil.

WRONG.

The so-called 'anti-privacy' data-gathering can be turned off. Easily.

And Google is the company I'd trust all my data to, if I had to choose. They've wielded it with great wisdom, despite what the stupid media says. The media usually forgets to mention ...

Excellent browser, passes Acid3 test 100/100 (acid3.acidtests.org/)
Only thing that concerns me a bit is privacy, since google has it's fingers on it after all :)
However, looking at privacy notes, to me they look acceptable even though I am no expert on the matter.
And afterall, if it had major issues, it wouldn't be the most popular browser at the moment.

Switched to Chrome when Firefox got to resource heavy. I haven't gone back. Love Chrome. Has a pretty great debugger too.

So very stable; so very usable. I absolutely rely on it to have my extensions and settings synced across all the many machines I use. I love the way Google keeps upgrading it in the background, so I can always have the best browser capability at my fingertips.

Fantastically fast. very customizable and updates with fixes and new features a lot. syncs beautifully across different computers. easy theming.
Cons: Some addons tend to crash a lot, but the number of those that do is decreasing over time.

Definitely one of my favorite browsers. It has a nice simple interface and it has tabs at the top. It tries to keep everything out of the way so that way you can enjoy the web browsing experience.
Cons: The only thing I can think of is the lack of good add-ons. But other than that nothing. Chrome pretty is ready after install.

Simplicity to the max. Speedy as a Ferrari. HTML5 support. Extensions built for it are nice.
Cons: Some plug-ins and sites don't support it, but it's a problem that's quickly lessening.

Graceful and still fast after months of using it. I have no real complaints about the browser, save...
Cons: Needs broader support across the web. I also don't know how many times I've gone to close one tab and closed the whole program accidentally.

Clean and fast (usually). Smart URL field is a delight.
Cons: Video often plays haltingly, compared to Safari. Although tabs ostensibly are independent, a slow-loading tab can slow the entire browser. And fast as it is, on a Mac it's no quicker than Safari.

Fast and compatible. Very lean and well-thought-out user interface.
The smart URL field works *really* well - a great time saver.
Cons: Wish it had some more advanced features or at least support for extensions, e.g. ad blocking, bookmark checking and per-site preferences.

The sheer speed, and searching is a breeze. Incognito mode also useful (Ahem).
Cons: Some sites still don't like it, especially ones which are plug-in happy.
