Good food (for an airline), helpful crew, decent website, wireless and usually on time. I know it sounds pretty basic but they're way ahead of Delta or United.
The major US carriers need to learn from VX. Just having an outlet in all the coach seats is such a huge step up from the pack. Add the entertainment system, and the new Chromebook promotion - it's better than flying first on United.
By far my favorite US airplane. Wifi in flight, friendly crew, and you can get seats with more leg room for a reasonable price without paying for business/first class.
Onboard wifi, pleasant lightening, decent food options, treated, for the most part, like a human being when flying. Cons: we wait, patiently, for each new city rollout. And we wait. And wait...
Wi-fi on board, reasonably priced first class (vs others), good online experience Cons: disco lighting, sometimes loud music, pathetic TV reception vs. JetBlue
they do the simple things correctly, while also supporting gadgeteers. comfortable seats. Cons: the purple lighting. do i really need to fly from SFO to SEA in a discotheque?
Entertainment options are great. You can play trivia and other games against fellow travelers. Great "upper" class perks. Cons: Limited list of destinations, but this isn't always a bad thing.
