love the zumba. playing at a gym near you! great for your bums and if you have weak calves, time to hit the stairmaster ... zumba will expose weak calves!
if jane fonda is to jazzercise then shakira is to Zumba! high tempo, fun music and very energetic with normally an eclectic international instructor. a great way to easily pass time while getting great cardio in.
You burn a ton of calories and you don't even feel like you're working out because it is so much fun! If you're skeptical, just try one class and you'll see :)
