Delicious. You can choose meats or vegetables to add something extra to a plain quesadilla, or you can keep it simple. I love mine with chicken and dipped in sour cream. Cons: This would not be the best option for someone who is lactose intolerant. Can be sometimes be very greasy or soggy.
Tasty and really fast/easy to make. Versatile-- can easily satisfy anyone's tastes by using different ingredients. Doesn't need frying, just a hot pan for grilling. Cons: Using full-fat cheese will make quesadillas unhealthy.
