Salad is always a great choice. It is healthy and can be prepared in many ways. Adding things like fruit or nuts, chicken strips, steak pieces, using two or so types of lettuce, makes salad exciting!
Cons: Fresh vegetables and or fruit are not always available. Salad tastes better when it has fresh basic ingredients. and is healthier too!

Throw in some raisins for added fiber, iron, and sweetness. Awesome with a curry yogurt dressing, now that's healthy!
