I had this lot of times at my favorit chinese restaurant as birthday eat with some friends.There it is just the best. As it is super expensiv at least 24 h of preperation i do it myself there i just eat the whole stuff without removig skin from meat. The trick is to douse the marinade for at least 24h over it it shall not lay in the marinade (i hang them) after that slowly backe the duck awesome
