I was addicted to hummus dip for the longest time. I can't remember my favorite brand, but you could buy it at Kroger and it had chili peppers in it. _ Daclaud Lee

Vegetarian food can not get any better than this. Slap it on pita bread, and you're good to go.

Some are smooth and creamy, others are a little chunky, and there is a wide variety of flavors, but it's all so good.

My current favorite is Trader Joe's three-layer hummus with roasted red pepper, traditional, and cilantro layers. The cilantro is absolutely amazing.

So good on a cracker or bread.
Cons: Don't kid yourself that it's healthy- it still has tons of fat from the oil.

Tasty and healthy.
Cons: You have to be in the mood for this.
