and while we're on the subject of Tomato/Clamato based cocktails, this is one of the best additions you can possibly use.

Oh, this is such a wonderful sauce. It's so smoky-tasting, and yet it has a real bite. I do NOT like regular Tabasco sauce, but this one is such a winner.
Cons: Too hot for some.
