Excellent pastrami, smoked meat products, and Pennsylvania Dutch specialties (meat and non-meat). The Lebanon bologna is awesome. Every kind of animal part you could imagine, both smoked and non-smoked. All kinds of pickled things and jams, shoofly pie, I could go on and on...

If you're driving out I-78 stop by for really good smoked pork, hams, bacon, and all sorts of smoked or cured beef. They mail order as well.
