Much too violent for me, but shows promise, I guess.
I'm a huge fan of Doctor Who, so I suppose I'll try it when I'm older.

I loved this UK tv series from the very first minute. It started out as a side project to Dr. Who. Its Sci Fi/Mystery, thats sassy, quirky, a bit tacky, strange and different. I am always about the chemistry of the cast and in TW there is a special chemistry.
I didnt like Miracle day very much as I didnt like the new players and the americanization. But CHILDREN OF EARTH is a masterpiece.

this show has everything and i believe it's one of the best dramas on television right now. not only is it entertaining and thoroughly gripping (having to wait for the next episode is pure agony), but it strikes an emotional chord so rarely touched that when it finally is, it's electrifying. thoughtful and masterfully spun plot lines.

Sticking with the Who trend... this is a spin-off. The newest Series Miracle Day, on Starz, is fantastic. John Barrowman and Eve Myles are fabulous in all aspects!

On the advent of Friday's Torchwood: Miracle Day coming to Starz this Friday, I thought I'd send a shout out to the first seasons of this great series. Unpredictable, well written and funny, it's always been a total class act.

Dr Who meets X-Files.
Darker and more sexually explicit than Dr Who.
First time I've seen a gay character that's really charismatic and not defined by his sexuality.

Season 3 is totally awesome.
Cons: Sometimes hard to relate to characters.
The beginning of the first season is not as exciting as it could have been.
