The story was good. The characters were just not as lovable like the previous Final Fantasies. But there are some favorites like Balthier and Gabrant though.

Some boring characters but some extremely sexy ones, too ;-) (can you imagine a fetish pony girl as a protagonist in a PG-rated computer game?) Additionally: features the best combat system of all Final Fantasy games .... IMHO
