Like YouTube, only better! Though it has less dancing cats, it has a trackrecord for great vids. Even the site in it's own right is beautifully designed, with a sleek interface. Check it out!

Great user-generated videos. Videos are much more artistically interesting than most stuff on YouTube. Also great experience uploading, sharing etc.
