excellent movie; capable of watching over and over again; favorite parts are the display of military might thru displine and teamwork versus military might by mass numbers;

I LOVED this movie! But the flick could have benefitted from more fighting scenes and less Council banter. We have get enough governmental banter in the US on a daily basis.

A great action movie and remake of the original. I never read the comic so I can't comment on that. Very graphic scenes, so not appropriate for young kids. I did not see the (US) militaristic connections mentioned in Zizek, but sometimes I just go to the movies to see the movie and be entertained. I guess I can see them now they've been pointed out.
