Despite a short career and having passed away 14 years ago, Jeff Buckley still wins people over. This is a testament to his great talent. He had such a beautiful voice; he could take any song and make it his own.

A powerful, emotive, ethereal, and skilled singer-songwriter who became a legend, not only for his electric guitar virtuosity but for using his vocal range to often outshine any accompanying instruments.
Cons: In 1997, he had the misfortune of drowning in dangerous Memphis waters, and reportedly while singing Zepplin aloud during a spontaneous and fully-clothed evening swim.
