A band with the sound to inspire you and light up your heart. Coldplay has grown into an amazing band over the years with albums that really show their growth. Now they are moving into experimenting with more sounds and different lyrics that you certainly don't want to miss.

One of my favorite groups in the whole world. If you haven't heard Fix You by them, listen to it!

love coldplay. it's been forever since their last album...

For a straight up rock band their shameless virtuosity plays well during performances. A kind of rapturous supremacy is achieved in their cinematic sound, you're truly aware of being taken to a solitary place where music-listening is made special.
Cons: They've forever been putting out very similar sounding records. If you want experimentation go listen to Radiohead.

The Ohio in me wants to hate them but the NYC in me kind of love them.

I like Clocks way too much. I actually have it playing (unconsciously, of course) as the soundtrack to my dreams.

I love the band, I hope they get to visit the Philippines sometime.

Yeah, it seems like a popular band to hate, but I know I'm not alone when I say that this is definately one of my "guilty pleasures"

I've been an avid follower for years. They're staple; like milk and eggs.

They had their own, unique sound during their first three albums. If any of the songs that they released before "Viva la Vida (or Death and All His Friends)" were played, I instantly knew it was Coldplay. Now, they're beginning to branch out and explore new sounds, while still being true to their own selves. I own their four studio albums, an EP, a live CD, and three singles. Still collecting.

Best band in the universe who play the best music in the history of music.
Cons: I don't know them personally.

A lot of their music's pretty relaxing. And lots of times I just want to chill out. Good music overall.
Cons: I think that X&Y has a bunch of songs that just sound way too similar.

Good for those days where you just want to listen to relaxing, deep, high quality music to clear your head or just de-stress.
Cons: If you listen to their most mellow songs while driving you may fall asleep from being so relaxed :P

Cons: Not outstanding
