The app store and UI is awesome. However the hardware is a little weak and this causes some issues and it requires some investment of time to really optimise.

Fast phone.
2.1 Firmware after update
Cons: HTC isn't developing a 2.2 rom for this device. (But will be possible with a custom rom)

Android operating system. App Store that is almost as versatile as the iPhone App Store. Full Google integration (including GMail / Maps / Google Voice). Sleek design. Sense UI allows personalization
Cons: App Store is less organized / doesn't have as wide a selection as the iPhone App Store (improving). Touchscreen keyboard doesn't work as well as iPhone. Sprint's new design is not as sleek as...
