Fantastic. Based on the epic graphic novel series with the guidance of the original author. Set in an apocalyptic future, but the focus is on the characters and how they deal with the new reality.

I probably wouldn't classify the show as scary, but that's fine by me. Just like the source material, this is more about the affect a zombie apocalypse has on our humanity. Don't get discouraged when the second half of the first season gets hokey, they pull the show back on rails for the second season.

One of the best shows I've watched recently. It's scary at all the right places and the characters are kind of well-developed. The first season is much better than the second, though.

I rarely ever get hooked on a series. After 3 or 4 episodes I get bored and give up on it. This one has me hooked. Just about all unknown actors. Good character stories. Well written. Great makeup and hey! zombies.

I've seen a lot of Zombie movies and to make it into a series is awesome and a challenge at the same time, this series play more emotionally than just your average zombie action packed show.

Nasty zombies and disturbing imagery has you yelling and hiding your face. I never cared much for the zombie genre until this came out.

Based off of the graphic novel series (that is just as good as the show) this show has been hitting hard with plot twists and some of the most horrific zombie make up of today. Anyone thats interested in the horror genre but hasn't seen anything good come out of it in years should watch season 1 of this show.

Love Kirkman's approach to adapting his book into a television series. Fans who read the comics won't get every plot point they've already read, and new fans will get an exciting survival horror story.

I watched a couple episodes. Looked really good, but I'm not into zombie movies. I like my villains to be evil or even part evil part good.

A serie about zombies and people surviving a zombie attack. its a shame that it only have 5 or 6 episodes. This serie is a masterpiece, i have watched it 2 times and still aint sick of it. Cant wait for season 2!! :D

I've allways loved zombies, but in a more realistic sense, eventhough realistic zombies - aren't. This series portrays zombies just like that though, and the apocalypse looks better than ever. Credible environments, characters and wonderfully gory zombies make this one of the best series currently running. Check it out!

Post-apocalyptic drama with zombies. What else does one need? Also, it's based on Rob Kirkman's awesome comicbook series.
Cons: The zombies and gore doesn't quite cut it. And strangely enough, the show works best when the walking dead aren't around...
