Based on a novel " Heart of Darkness", this movie is a masterpiece .Nothing comes closer to it.

I loved this movie. A mythical journey through the nightmarescape of the Vietnam war. Martin Sheen's performance is AWESOME. Marlon Brando's is haunting.
