Brilliant film of rising suspense and paranoia. The monster effects are a little cheesy these days, but still entertaining. Trivia: the only film in recent memory with an all-male cast.

Wonderful effects and a great feeling of paranoia. Awesome atmosphere.
Cons: Characters could be better developed, as could the acting.

This movie is suspenseful, surprising and utterly disgusting in a fun way. It also holds up remarkably well for 80's horror.

One of my favourite movies of all time. I was shocked when I first saw it, at the age of five. But I still loved it. Great effects and acting too!

My favourite horror movie of all time. This film, even though made in the 80s will still hold to today's standard of gore. Plenty of it and characters act as any normal person probably would

Amazing effects not only for 1982 but still holds up to many movies made today. Definite must-watch for all horror movie lovers.
