I took up running for my health. It was hard at first, but with practice, I discovered an activity that has given me a feeling of accomplishment as I increase distance, or speed. I've been injured a few times already, but it's all worth it to me.

Good physical fitness and a good way to meditate (good for body and mind).Cons: Need good shoes and a consistant schedule.
